Independent program
For swimmers who have the basics covered
The Independent program is for children who are comfortable in the water and ready to start refining their technique to become a stronger swimmer.
The focus shifts from surviving in the water to moving through it well. Swimmers build the distance they can cover unaided, learn to breathe to the side without stopping, and start producing recognisable freestyle and backstroke.
Classes stay small so each child gets corrections in the moment rather than at the end of the lesson.
