Advanced program
Stroke development for strong swimmers
The stroke development program is designed using the latest techniques for advanced children to master all four strokes.
Swimmers work on efficiency rather than effort: timing, breathing patterns, streamlined turns and clean starts. It is the natural bridge between learn-to-swim and squad or school-level swimming.
Our curriculum was developed through years of dedicated training and practice at both general and championship levels.
